This labor charge includes a TEAR DOWN of the original wheel. If hub does not survive, labor charge is only 15.00. If hub does survive, then the job continues. Includes measurements if a new rim is used, and cutting and re-threading of spokes if new spokes are used.

5-7 day turn around.
